The Akra Foundation was founded out of love for Africa and helping others. We help children from Ghana by facilitating their access to education and providing decent living conditions.

Package for Ghana

Before we first went to Ghana we organized a fundraising to buy stuff for the school. We brought students notebooks, books, crayons, brushes and toothpastes and first aid kit equipment. We ran workshops on hygiene and brushing teeth, we organized art and sport classes.

Many of the things we have access to in Europe are scarce or simply inaccessible in Ghana.

What do we need the most? Elements of a first aid kit (plasters, disinfectants, bandages, antibiotic ointments, anti-fungal creams), painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs, vitamin supplements, pencils, crayons, coloring books, children's clothing, glasses.
